Megan Ford
My name is Megan Ford and I am one of the owners of the CMU. I was the only one in my family to be born and raised in Florida, spending summers and time in Chicago was normal and it was like a second home to me.
It is a passion of mine to be able to serve Chicago style food in South Florida.
One fun fact about me is that I am a First Degree Black Belt in TaeKwonDo.
Jim Ford
My name is Jim Ford and I am one of the owners in CMU. I was born in Rock Island, IL and raised in IL.
Its awesome that we can work together as a family. We rarely all agree but we all love each other. We all have a cooking and pleasing passion. Good food and a full stomach makes happy people, and that we do.
One fun fact about me is that I have 9 and 3/4 fingers.
Mary Jo Ford
My name is Mary Jo Ford and I am one of the owners of CMU. I was born in Chicago, IL and raised in the Elk Grove Village and Schaumburg area.
I love seeing and hearing our whole family and friends working together as a team to make each event a great success for CMU. I enjoy making people happy.
One fun fact about me is I am also a black belt in TaeKwonDo.
Jimmy Ford
My name is Jimmy Ford, and I am one of the owners of CMU. I was born in Elgin, IL and raised in Bartlett, IL and Coral Springs, FL.
I am the big brother at CMU, when CMU needs someone, I'm there.
One fun fact about me I have traveled from coast to coast via car and have stayed in 40 of 50 states.
Madeline Ford
My name is Madeline Ford and I am one of the owners of CMU. I was born in Elk Grove, IL and raised in Coral Springs, FL. I am the middle sibling at CMU, I am always there to help and love serving Chicago Style Food to South Florida.
One fun fact about me is that I have a masters degree in accounting.
